Andrew
Morris is the founder of Aeolian Limited, for which he has developed
a methodical approach to systems integration that delivers measurable
financial benefits.
Prior to establishing Aeolian, Andrew was a Consultant for two of
the world's largest consultancies, EDS and CSC. Whilst with EDS he
worked on some of their major accounts, including General Motors.
Andrew was responsible for integrating and implementing Enterprise
Resource Planning systems for General Motors.
During Andrew's time with CSC he worked on the biggest business process
re-engineering project in Europe, for BAe Systems. Andrew was responsible
for integration of key systems within the new environment. This provided
the motivation to form Aeolian in 1999.
Under Andrew's leadership Aeolian has established itself as a leading
systems integrator, delivering solutions for clients such as The Funding
Corporation and GN Netcom.

Steve
Martin is a Senior Consultant, who has over 10 years consultancy experience.
Steve has extensive expertise integrating systems and processes using
Microsoft BizTalk Server and .Net systems; designing solution architectures,
developing adaptors and problem-solving complex systems.
Steve has widespread experience in banking and financial systems.
This included producing a currency dealing system for Reuters, handling
billions of dollars in transactions per day.
Steve's background includes working as a Technology Consultant for
Compaq Global Services in their Enterprise Integration practice. Whilst
with Compaq, he designed and created a wide range of integration solutions
including telephone banking and payments systems for a leading building
society.

Alan
is a Senior Consultant with a wealth of experience in the Energy,
Utilities and Financial Services industries.
Alan's specialist expertise is in applying software solutions to
produce measurable financial gains. During his work with higher education
procurement bodies he has produced software tools for analysing expenditure,
benchmarking and financial appraisal. These have produced substantial
cost savings by enabling over 150 Universities across the UK to share
best practice through a library of models, ensuring they get the most
out of their £4.6bn annual spend.
Alan's extensive financial services experience has seen him produce
financial modelling, investment management and lending solutions for
companies including The Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Life.
Alan's career started with Mobil Oil in 1970. He continued in the
energy sector working for BP and Scottish Nuclear. This experience
was invaluable for him when he was asked by British Energy in 1997
to provide strategic consultancy to Russian Nuclear Power stations
to help them bring their IT infrastructure up to international standards.
Other clients that Alan has helped include: BT, Edinburgh University,
Royal Mail, Scottish Equitable, Standard Life, Tesco and The Home
Office.

Phal
Tatla is a Senior Consultant, with over a decade's consultancy experience
with blue-chip companies. He is a skilled solution architect and has
the breadth of knowledge to understand the whole range of different
operating systems and platforms.
Phal's specialist expertise is in integration and middleware. He
is an expert in WebMethods and open systems such as Linux. He has
integrated numerous mainframe, legacy and application systems including
SAP, Oracle and Commerce One. Phal has designed solutions for the
most demanding high capacity environments.
Phal has worked closely with clients, often side by side with their
personnel, mentoring and transferring knowledge. These clients include
Andersen Consulting, BAe Systems, Ford, GKN Westland Aerospace, IBM,
Lombard Tricity Finance, Orange and Rolls Royce.
